Hello friends 😁!
Here’s another powerful quote found in my favorite books :
« Life is 10% what happens to you and 90% how you react to it »
-Charles R. Swindoll
External events, circumstances, or challenges contribute to only 10% of your overall life experience.
90% is entirely within your control and it all depends on how you choose to react to those situations.
Forget about the 10% you can't control.
Instead, focus on the 90% you can.
Easier said than done though, and that’s totally OK. There will be days when you won't have the energy to be as resilient as usual. Take it one step at a time.
One day at a time, see the positive side of things, accept and make space for negative emotions, view obstacles as learning opportunities, and you'll see your whole life transform right in front of you.
