Make Peace with Uncertainty
Embracing the Unknown for Long-Term Growth
Hello Hello friends 😃
I’m back with another insight that has the power to transform how you navigate uncertainty in your life.
It’s a lesson from one of my favorite books, Big Feelings by Liz Fosslien & Mollie West Duffy, and it’s all about accepting the discomfort of the unknown (something I still struggle with, haha oopsie).
👉 Here’s the quote:
« Uncertainty isn’t a sign that you’re doing something wrong. It’s a sign that you’re doing something new. »
— Liz Fosslien & Mollie West Duffy
When you’re pushing yourself out of your comfort zone and chasing growth, uncertainty is a natural part of the journey. The key is to learn how to embrace that discomfort and move forward with courage, even when things feel unclear.
Instead of seeing uncertainty as something to avoid, recognize it as a sign of growth. It means you’re trying something new, and that’s where real progress happens.
That’s exciting 🤩🤩
Without a bit of uncertainty, we would never try anything new!
And we definitely don’t want that, right? 😉
On another note 👀
