The theme of today’s newsletter revolves around the importance of being present.

Easier said than done… because :

(I personally think this statistic is getting even higher with time)

When we strive to be everywhere and do everything, we tend to feel like we’re not fully experiencing anything 😔 …

Now, how to be more present? 

On my side, just remembering how important it is helps me redirect my attention to the present whenever I feel like my head is zoning out in the past or the future.

One step at a time, the more you remember this, the easier it will become to be in the present more often ❤️.
