We spend so much energy trying to silence the noise in our heads. But what if the goal isn't to control it, just to stop following it everywhere it goes?
Your thoughts will show up.
But you get to decide how much power you give them.
Some reminders for when your mind gets loud:
🧠A thought is not a fact, it's just a thought
🧠You are the one observing your thoughts, not the thoughts themselves
🧠You don't have to fix every thought, sometimes you just let it pass
Next time your mind starts spiralling, try this: notice it, name it, and gently let it go.
